Each year's recipient(s) shall be entitled to provide advice and recommendation to the Edmonton Community Foundation Board regard the disbursement of income from the Eileen Nash Memorial Fund to a charity or charitable cause in the Edmonton area. Further, each award recipient will be honoured at the EBA's annual Judges’ Dinner.
The EBA's Board of Directors then review the nominations with a view to selecting the nominee or nominees who have made a substantial dedication of their time and talents on a pro-bono basis to under-privileged person or to causes supporting under-privileged persons in the Edmonton area who would not likely otherwise have received the benefit of such services.
